SHIPPING & RETURNS
We understand that you're eager to receive your Snarky Runner gear at lightning speed, but we want to set realistic expectations for delivery times. Our goal is to meet your high fashion standards, but please keep in mind that our small and mighty brand doesn't have the resources of Amazon. As a result, your order may take 6-16 days to arrive, which is still pretty darn fast.
We aim to process your order within 3 business days, and we appreciate your understanding that our team needs a break on holidays.
We know you might be frustrated if you paid for 2-day shipping and it's been 47 and 1/4 hours with no sign of your Snarky Runner gear. Unfortunately, 2-day shipping refers to the time it takes for USPS to get your package to you once they receive it from us. We still need 3 business days to process your order, so the math works out to be more than 2 days. It's like an algebraic equation, but with fashion.
We understand that USPS tracking can be less than reliable, and we apologize for any confusion this may cause. The tracking system is outdated and often inaccurate, but we promise that your gear is on its way to you. If it's been more than 26.2 days since you placed your order and you still haven't received it, please reach out to email@example.com. We're working hard to get your Snarky Runner gear to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Snarky Runner we want you to be happy with your purchase, and that's why we offer an easy return policy.
You can return or exchange any item purchased from us within 30 days of the initial order date. We do ask that the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered, meaning it's unworn, unused, and undamaged.
We also offer a holiday extended return policy to make sure you can give the perfect snarky running gear to everyone on your list. Any holiday purchases made between November 1 and December 15 have an extended return period. Items purchased during this time frame have until January 16th to start the return process.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any purchases made through third-party platforms are final. We will issue your refund or exchange once we receive, inspect, and process your return.
We want to make it easy for you to return your item, but we do ask that you cover the cost of return shipping if the order was shipped outside of the United States.
